For regulated industries, we work with your compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable frameworks.

8. Service Level Commitments

For enterprise customers, we offer service level agreements (SLAs) that include uptime guarantees, response time commitments, and support availability. Specific SLA terms are detailed in your enterprise agreement.

9. Beta Services

We may offer beta or early access features that are still in development. Beta Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue Beta Services at any time without notice.

10. Fees and Payment

Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSISTERS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assisters.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
